Back home!
I'm excited about this. It was a long trip back. We hit traffic and then there was a storm.... Grr.
But I started my day with a great workout. I hit the inclined treadmill and I actually ran! Well, jogged, really. I walked for 30 minutes, then jogged for 30 minutes. And I also completed a full form plank for 1 minute, 36 seconds. Thought I would die, but I didn't. My body was shaking like a leaf. But, I burned 613 calories. See?
I am exhausted, it was a long trip back.
More tomorrow, I promise.

ReplyDeleteI held a plank once for 1:35 and then never again for more than :45. I don't know what happened. It must have been a fluke. :)
