Day 1,039 - Home Sweet Home.

Back home!

I'm excited about this.  It was a long trip back.  We hit traffic and then there was a storm.... Grr.

But I started my day with a great workout.  I hit the inclined treadmill and I actually ran!  Well, jogged, really.  I walked for 30 minutes, then jogged for 30 minutes.  And I also completed a full form plank for 1 minute, 36 seconds.  Thought I would die, but I didn't.  My body was shaking like a leaf.  But, I burned 613 calories.  See?
I am exhausted, it was a long trip back.

More tomorrow, I promise.

  2. DC is my hometown, I hope you enjoyed it! I'm so impressed with the way you've made exercise a daily part of your life. YOu even made time for it on your vacation and I really admire that. So happy to see you happy!

  3. FANtastic job on the treadmill. Isn't it funny how accomplished you feel after you jog/run that long? It's like you're flyin'.

  5. I held a plank once for 1:35 and then never again for more than :45. I don't know what happened. It must have been a fluke. :)
